Summer (June, July, August)
Every week there will be one of the following each day: raw balls, smoothies, dips, salads, fresh fruit, and dehydrated fruit/crackers.
 
Fall (September, October, November, December)
Applesauce (pear sauce, etc.), vegetable soup, raw balls, dips, and dehydrated fruit/crackers.
 
Winter (January, February, March)
Porridge, rice, applesauce (pear sauce, etc.), vegetable soup, raw balls, dips, and dehydrated fruit/crackers.
 
Spring (March, April, May)
Teas, sprouts, vegetable soup, raw balls, dips, and fresh fruit.
